Tay New Fan Meeting in Hong Kong 2023

As the organizer of Tay New Fan Meeting in Hong Kong 2023, we helped to promote two of the famous artists from GMMTV, a well-known television production and talent agent in Thailand. We have started everything from scratch, from the theme 'Meal Date with Polca (fans name of Tay and New)', content, key visual, merchandise design and production, to the ticket selling, on-site event management and artists arrangement including hospitality of the fan meeting. For the merchandise, we designed a series of items, holding a top-spender campagin to boost the sale and gained positive income with almost a thousand of fans attended. Public relation was handled by us as usual, arranging independent and group interview for the artists, gained almost 30 exposures including not only entertainment media but also fashion magazine like ELLE and Harper Bazaar etc.
